Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the yo4 platform, you agree to all terms laid out here. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between yo4 and its users.
These Terms are governed by Bangladeshi law and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. The platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Underage account creation or use is strictly prohibited. yo4 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; users will be notified before changes take effect.
Account Creation & Security
At registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts under the same name are prohibited and will be closed if detected.
KYC verification requires submitting national ID or passport details. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Securing your account password and login details is your responsibility. Sharing login information with third parties is strictly prohibited. Report any suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must comply with all applicable laws while using the yo4 platform. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to hack the system are strictly prohibited. Use of bots, automated software, or unauthorized scripts is forbidden.
Users must not post or share defamatory, obscene, or harmful content against other users or the platform. yo4 reserves the right to investigate misuse of bonuses or promotional offers and revoke related benefits if necessary. If a user allows others to use their account and losses result, the user is responsible.
Prohibited activities include money laundering, fraudulent transactions, multiple accounts, and violation of promotional terms. Suspicious activity may lead to account investigation by yo4.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All transactions on yo4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers only. Attempts to use unauthorized methods will be rejected.
KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals. For suspicious transactions, yo4 reserves the right to hold payments until verification is finished. Refunds are subject to applicable bonus terms, especially if bonuses have been used.
If credits are mistakenly issued due to technical errors, yo4 reserves the right to recover the amount. Minimum deposit is ৳10. Withdrawals must follow the specified procedures. Report any transaction issues to support promptly.
Intellectual Property, Liability & Third Parties
Intellectual Property
All content on the yo4 platform — including logos, design, game interfaces, text, and software — is protected under yo4’s intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, or use content commercially. Unauthorized use may lead to legal actions.
Limitation of Liability
Yo4 is not liable for service interruptions due to technical errors, server issues, or other causes. While we strive to keep the platform operational, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Any financial losses from betting or gaming decisions are the user’s sole responsibility.
Third-Party Connections
Yo4 may connect with third-party game providers and payment services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. yo4 is not responsible for the quality or failures of third-party services.
Account Suspension, Closure & Term Changes

Yo4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice in cases of violation of terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account handling, suspected money laundering, or failure of KYC verification. In case of account closure, verified legitimate balances will be refunded, but bonus-derived balances may be confiscated.
Users may request account closure at any time. Upon receiving a request, support will verify and take action.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Yo4 reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notifications of changes will be posted on the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms. These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through the relevant authorities.
